What do you think a good GM does: A good Gm is respect full also if they get asked a
question they would anser it right and a good Gm does
not favour no one in eny way even if its there friend or family.
Also a good Gm does not does not go over board of being a Gm.

Well i think a bad Gm does not answer people allways bands them and also does not respect there other Gms

They must be able to carm people down,make sure they dont loose there temper at other people also a Gm

What experience outside of WoW do you have as a Game Master/Moderator, if any? (+details): I can make custom items/armor with good stats i have used Heidi Sql with DB work i can put custom items in my scripting is not very good but i can work with Arcemu and Accent Servers
What do you think a good GM does: He listens to people and keeps a fair judgement he gives people a chance but he is calm and assess the situation at hand
What do you think a good GM doesn't do: Spam and hack. Shout at people for no reason and abuse there power
What are (for you) the main things a GM must be capable of: Just to do the best he can do and try to help out as many people as he can

What is the reason that you want to be a GM: I love seeing people happy and helping other people out with there problems i love this server and i hope it never goes down
Explain why you should be chosen over other applicants for the GM position: Because i'm very active and hardworking and i wish to make this server better for the players who go on it
What would be the first thing you would change if you become a GM: Maybe, to have a few more events to have some fun with the players because well GMs need some fun atleast as this is a game but GMs do need to work so i think i want to organise more events and maybe ask for player input on what events we could do prize or prizeless

Situations (answer detailed, with all different contexts you can immagine):
-Someone calls for a GM and explains he has a bugged quest: I will ask him what quest it is and see the requirements for the quest i'll say to him if it's an item he needs or if a trigger needs to be activated if it's an item if this doesn't go against GM policy i will add the item to his inventory and if that doesn't work i'll bring it to the attension of the admins to see if they can fix it DB wise other than that i'll try spawning a few gameobjects to see if the triggers work
-Someone spams gmhelp, yelling that he has a bugged quest: I'll ask him/her to calm himself/herself and try and just to whisper me and say what his/her problem is coherently if they don't listen to me a keep spamming then i shall ask a few more times before i mute them for an hour
-Someone is causing trouble on world channel: I will ask him/her to tell me what the trouble is and hopefully if it's between to players or otherwise i can try and resolve the problem through words but if the said "Player" does not want to cooperate then i shall mute or kick the player for a certain number of minutes
-Someone is making inappropriate jokes on world channel: I will try and stop him/her from saying inappropriate things on world like above if he/she doesn't cooperate i will resort to other measures
-Someone is spamming for his level 70 gift: Same as the Someone spams gmhelp i'll try and calm him/her down before they can ask me
-Someone found a hacker: I'll give him a warning if he doesn't listen it's a day ban 2nd offence permanant ban (I have a thing for hackers -.-)
-Someone found a swapper:
-Someone is asking you to give him gear: I will try and tell him that it's not in my power to give him gear and it goes against the rules of the GM if he doesn't listen i will do the same as for the spamming and causing trouble

How much time a day on vacations/weekends: Well from the time i wake up to the time i sleep which is normally 10am or 8am to 3am daily i don't have a life
How much time a day on school days: from 3pm till 10pm but i will come on daily unless i have alot of studying/coursework then i'll be semi-inactive but still be logged on
